All positions based out of our corporate offices in Placentia, CA.

Accounting Operations Clerk
Joining the Accounting Operations team as an Accounting Operations Clerk gets you in an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow alongside the company. The primary responsibilities will be to assist the AR team Lead and AP team Lead and act as a back up to both positions. This will include supporting our daily accounting operations by using our accounting software program to process transactions as well as assist with other accounting projects in the office.

Additional responsibilities for this role include:
• Successfully carry out invoicing procedures via mail and electronic delivery
• Identify potential errors made on invoices
• Maintain an orderly financial filing system by making copies, scanning & filing documents
• Assemble financial data for audits
• Compile information and prepare spreadsheets for tax filings
• Assist Accounts Payable as needed with entering bills, paying vendors and preparing accounts payable checks
• Assist Accounts Receivable as needed with the processing of incoming payments: Lockbox, ACH, Inter-Company and Wires (Information related to incoming receipts is available by accessing the bank’s on-line lockbox report and lockbox images, statements, manual receipt of checks and other systems)

Job Requirements:
• Must have knowledge and understanding of basic Accounting Principles, degree not necessary
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Proficient with use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and strong process orientation
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and desk
• Able to collaborate with team to create new ideas to improve efficiency in the office
• Willing to take on new projects and seek opportunities to help
• Positive work attitude and approach to daily tasks
• A demonstrated ability to work independently, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Contracts & Customer Service Associate
Joining the Contracts and Sales Administration team as a Contracts & Customer Service Associate gets you in an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow alongside the company. You will make ample use of your existing skills while also developing new ones as part of our Contracts Administration team. This will include supporting and assisting Sr. Contracts Specialists, account representatives and customers, interfacing with various other colleagues as well as working with vendors and our funding process.
Additional responsibilities for this role include:
• Assisting in the preparation of lease agreements including data entry to build asset exhibits
• Managing equipment orders—not limited to preparing purchase orders, monitoring equipment delivery and installation and coordinating payment to vendors
• Utilizing web-based portals and internal platforms to maintain corporate records and compliance
• Setting-up and entering lease data into accounting system, processing security interest filings (UCC’s), and requesting/helping to maintain customer insurance requirements

Data & Portfolio Analyst
Joining the Portfolio Management team as a Data & Portfolio Analyst gets you in an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow alongside the company. You will wear many hats in this role while consistently and effectively communicating with all departments/teams. Much of your time will be spent producing monthly internal & external reports as well as updating and maintaining our new customer asset database on an ongoing basis and interacting with fellow colleagues.

Additional responsibilities for this role include:
• Assisting in the monthly/quarterly management and investor reports
• Updating the internal accounting system with the end of lease information
• Working closely with 3rd parties to process payments, questions, and concerns
• Miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed by the Portfolio Management team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but will consider the right candidate pursuing a degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and strong process orientation

• Knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of VLookup, Pivot Tables, and building formulas is a plus

Entry Level Staff Accountant
Joining the Accounting team as an Entry Level Staff Accountant gets you in an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow alongside the company. Much of your time will be spent producing work that contributes to closing the general ledger and contributing to the team and supporting the Assistant Controller.

Additional responsibilities for this role include:
• Help create a weekly aging report for Accounts Receivable
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with customer invoice creation
• Reports for other departments

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but will consider candidates pursuing a degree
• Strong attention to detail and strong process orientation
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Jr. Sales and Marketing Specialist
Joining the Sales team as a Jr. Sales and Marketing Specialist gets you in an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow alongside the company. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will make ample use of your existing skills while also developing new ones as part of our Sales Team. This will include supporting and assisting our North American sales force to help increase sales and provide research data to assist in that process.

Additional responsibilities for this role include:
• Help analyze existing customer data bases and expand the reach of that information
• Analyze individual customer data to determine viability as a potential customer using web-based research tools
• Expand our reach with existing vendor partners through contact database expansion and marketing directly to our partners
• Assist the North American sales force by marketing to our customer database through email and phone campaigns.
