Richard Stebbins

Co-Founder, Co-President

Richard Stebbins is co-founder of First Financial, is involved with all aspects of our business, and is on the board of directors and credit committee. Bringing 30 years of experience in lease financing and management, Mr. Stebbins has been a key person in assisting the growth of First Financial. Prior to starting First Financial, Mr. Stebbins served as vice president of sales for Premier Financial Corporation. He has also served as senior vice president and member of the board of directors for Atlantic Computer, an international leasing company with offices worldwide. Mr. Stebbins was the co-founder, president and CEO for GS Computer, an IT focused leasing company that was purchased by Atlantic Computer in 1989.

Thomas Slevin

Co-Founder, Co-President

As a co-President of First Financial, Tom Slevin is on the board of directors, credit committee and assists in the strategic direction and overseeing operations of the company. With over 20 years of equipment leasing experience, Mr. Slevin’s contribution has included building and leading the sales team, business development, recruiting key personnel and setting the direction of the company. Prior to starting First Financial, Mr. Slevin spent 6 years as an AVP and senior marketing executive at Comdisco, a Fortune 500 equipment leasing and technology services company. His additional experience includes senior account manager/sales positions with Xerox and IBM. Mr. Slevin holds a B.S. in Marketing from Fairfield University, Connecticut.

John Sandoval

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer

John Sandoval serves in a dual role as CFO and COO and is responsible for the daily finance and operations of the company. With over 25 years of leasing, finance, and strategic business development experience, Sandoval is a seasoned leasing and banking veteran with a superb track record.

Prior to First Financial, Mr. Sandoval was responsible for nearly all facets of the US operations at CHG-MERIDIAN USA. He also helped grow two other start-up operations during his career, including Bank of the West’s Direct Bank Equipment Leasing Group, and City National Bank Equipment Leasing. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with degrees in Finance and Economics, and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California where he focused on Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

Dave Sanborne

Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager

Dave Sanborne, senior vice president and national sales manager, brings almost 30 years of equipment leasing sales and management experience. His expertise ranges from establishing sales strategies and business development to best practices in recruiting and developing sales talent. Prior to First Financial, Mr. Sanborne served as senior vice president and national sales manager for Insight Investments in Southern California. Mr. Sanborne also served as executive vice president and national sales manager for Comdisco Inc. a Chicago based Fortune 500 technology leasing company. Mr. Sanborne holds a B.S degree in marketing from the University of Arizona and currently resides in Scottsdale Arizona.
